USAA has options for their credit cards and loans when you cannot meet your minimum payment requirement. You can get interest reduced and make your monthly payments more affordable. They also have some decent settlement options where you can pay half or less of the balance owed, and over time too, which can make settling more of an option even if you do not have a lump sum of money to offer.
